Hi, I'm Tanya

I was a research scientist, before I studied organization leadership and human behavior (technically, industrial psychology) and hurled myself into the world of software product management. Turns out being a scientist, experimenter and applied industrial human psychologist came in handy when it came to working with engineers, designers, and data analysts (never mind the C-Suite peeps I was always selling my ideas to....).

All my skills prepared me well for how to teach, consult on and implement strategies for using AI and Automations in businesses. Turns out, this is the first time all us “normies” don't have to code one line to create value in our companies. Our most valuable skills are the business knowledge we bring, the communication skills to guide, and the judgement to know the difference between Great and everything else.
